Ingredients
1½ - 2 cups Clever Clusters Innocent Indulgence
1 x 400g tub of Tasti Fruit Mince
1 x 70g packet of Chopped Nuts
1 T of rum or sweet Sherry
small paper cupcake cases
1. Put Clever Clusters into a food processor and process until crumbs
2. Place into a bowl with the fruit mince and rum and stir until combined.
3. Roll mixture into balls and toss in the nuts to coat evenly.
Place into cupcake cases and refrigerate until ready to eat.
