A healthy smoothie is great for breakfast or a snack. The cereal adds fibre in a tasty liquid beverage.
Ingredients
1/3 cup Light & Right
¾ cup Milk
½ cup Apple Juice
2 Tablespoons Yoghurt
1 Banana
½ cup Blueberries or any other berry
Pinch of Cinnamon
Honey - to taste
1. Blend all ingredients together and add honey to taste.
Best drunk straight away.
