This is a kiwi classic and a must for all kid's birthday parties. For a healthier variation, use dark chocolate 60% cocoa solids as it is high in antioxidants and replace marshmallow with dried fruit such as apricots. This is great to keep in the fridge to satisfy any sweet tooth cravings.
Ingredients
250g Dark Chocolate (60% cocoa solids)
90g Marshmallows (cut in half)
70g Clever Clusters Innocent Indulgence
70g Cherries (cut in half)
25g Peanuts (roughly chopped)
1. Melt Chocolate
2. Pour over rest of ingredients
3. Place into a slice tin and allow to cool.
4. Cut and serve.
