My Experience at Outward Bound

I would say without a doubt that my Outward Bound experience was one of the best times of my life. I gained so much from my watchmates, the activities and the time away from all other comitmments was invaluable.

When you have no distractions - what is really important to you becomes blindingly obvious.

I challenged myself and learned so much about me along the way. It is an experience I will never forget and rarely a day goes by when I don't think about my time there.

There was more in me than I thought. I got my mental strength back and came back ready to live life more than I had been doing
