Honey Rice Bubble Krispies
Ingredients
6 oz Margarine
4 1/2 desert spoons Honey
1/2 cup White sugar
1/4 cup Brown sugar
6 cups of Rice bubbles
3/4 cup Desiccated coconut

Melt margarine, honey and sugars in large pan, big enough to hold all the ingredients, when melted bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Add rice bubbles and coconut, mix together really well, and scrape into a tray with deepish sides, use a cup to flatten and press down level.
Place in the fridge for a few hours to go cold and set.
Once set cut into squares or fingers.
Store in an airtight container preferably in the fridge in summer, or pantry in winter, these are very yummy and will keep well.
