Ingredients
1 cup raisins
1 cup Big Bugs 'n' Mud
1 cup coconut
½ tin lite condensed milk
Combine thoroughly and roll into balls with wet hands and put onto baking paper on a slide. Bake in a slow oven - 125ºC for 20 minutes until the condensed milk has caramelised.
Makes about 18.
Variations - can substitute any other dried fruit for raisins
Suitable for children to make.
