Gluten Free Crumble

Ingredients
1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Thank Goodness Gluten Free Cornflakes
50g Butter

Fruit of your choice - apples, peaches, rhubarb etc

Put all ingredients into a kitchen whizz and mix until crumbly. Spread over the fruit of your choice.

Bake around 20 - 25 minutes at 180 C.
