Ingredients
3 cups Hubbards Gluten Free Cocoa Puffs
¼ cups Cocoa Powder
1¼ cups Icing Sugar
200g Kremalta (Shortening)
To decorate
Blackwood Rainbow Choc Chips (nut/egg/dairy and gluten free)
Line patty or muffin tins with patty cases. Combine Cocoa Puffs, cocoa and icing sugar in a large bowl.
Melt shortening and stir in.
Spoon into prepared patty tins, spinkle with Rainbow Choc Chips
Makes approx 20 (Great for parties!)
Variations - can add ½ cup sultanas and/or ¾ cup dessicated coconut after mixing cocoa puffs, cocoa and sugar together.
