Gluten Free Ginger Cornflake Crisps

Ingredients
125g Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 Dessertspoon Golden Surup
1 Dessertspoon Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Gluten Free Flour (we used Healtheries)
1 cup Thank Goodness Gluten Free Cornflakes
pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar. Boil milk, golden syrup and ginger. Then add baking soda, mix well and then add to the creamed mixture. Add in cornflakes and flour and mix until well combined.

Put in teaspoonful lots onto a greased tray and bake at 180C until golden brown.
