Ingredients
1½ cups of Big Breakfast
1 cup raisins or sultanas
1½ cups flour
1 t baking powder (heaped)
¾ cup sugar
1¼ cup milk
1½ t mixed spice
1. Put Big Breakfast, sultanas, sugar and milk into a large bowl and leave overnight.
2. Grease and line a loaf tin.
3. Next day - mix the flour, baking powder and spice into the mixture and put into prepared tin.
4. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 1 hour. Leave to cool a little before turning out.
5. Leave until cold before slicing.
