Frequently Asked Questions - Product Queries
I do not see my favourite product on the shelves, is it still available?
If the range has not been deleted (see next question), it is available in the market. The packaging may have been updated so it may look different or it may have been moved to a different location within the cereal aisle. Or in the case of Thank Goodness products - it may have been moved to another aisle in the supermarket with all the gluten free products.
In addition, we do not have control over the stock inventory or stock rotation in the store shelves, so it may be temporarily out of stock. We encourage customers to ask store personnel for their preferred ranges so orders can be forwarded to us if the product is not available. There are occasions where it has been deleted from a region for poor sales, but as a customer you can request its return.

Why was the Simply Toasted Muesli and Simply Toasted Apricot reduced in weight? Is the packet recyclable?
These ranges are two of our best sellers and have a loyal following. We have had to make adjustments to cope with the substantial rising costs of raw materials. Maintaining the original weight of the packet would mean altering the price structure and the company decided to decrease the weight of the packet rather than increase shelf price.
The pouch packaging, Code 7, is recyclable although not kerbside with some councils.
