Crunchy Bananas

This recipe was kindly provided by Fay from Hamilton.
Ingredients
1 ½ cup Light & Right Apricot Shine (approx.)
1 banana for each person
½ cup liquid honey (approx.)

1.  Put honey into a shallow dish.
2.  Crush Light & Right Apricot Shine cereal and place into another shallow dish.
3.  Roll bananas one at a time in the honey then the cereal.  Coat firmly.
4.  Place bananas on baking paper in a baking dish and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
5.  Serve immediately with ice cream.
