Ingredients
2 cups
Light & Right Berry Uplift
¾ cup Flour
1/3 cup Raw Sugar
75g Butter
Cooked apples or pears
1. Place fruit into an ovenproof dish.
2. Put cubed butter, flour and sugar into food processor and process until mixture is the consistency of breadcrumbs.
3. Tip into a large bowl and add Light & Right Berry Uplift. Stir to mix well.
4. Sprinkle topping over fruit.
5. Bake at 180ºC for 20 - 25 minutes until crisp and golden.
6. Serve warm - lovely!
