Ingredients
200 g butter (softened)
¼ cup caster sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup flour
1 cup Big Bugs 'n' Mud
Preheat the oven 180oC. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Beat the butter and sugar and vanilla essence together until it is creamy. Sift the flour and cocoa together and add to the butter mixture and mix together. Add the Big Bugs’n’Mud last and mix them in.
Put spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes. Leave space around the cookies for them to spread when cooking. Remove from the oven and cool them a little before you carefully lift them onto a rack.
You can make the cookies even more yummy by spreading some icing on top.
To make the icing mix 175g Icing Sugar with1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon of boiling water.
Makes 12 - 15 cookies.
